With over 30 years of experience in accounting, Parag brings extensive experience collaborating with accountants across regions, including two decades in the UK and the US, as well as in outsourcing. His practical skills cover bookkeeping, VAT, management accounts, and year-end processes. As a former VP leading a large team, Parag is a Master of Commerce, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and proficient in Xero and QuickBooks, with a commitment to process improvement.

Himanshi Sonecha, Director

Himanshi is a highly accomplished accountant with over 16 years of experience across the Indian, UK, and US accounting industries. Her B2B and B2C experience, from early roles to KPO management, showcases operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Xero Advisor Certified, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certified, Himanshi optimises financial processes with technology, delivering tailored, high-impact solutions.

Parag Sutaria
Co-Founder & Director

Parag has 30+ years of experience in accounting and finance across India, the UK, and the United States. He holds a Master of Commerce degree and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. His career spans extensive hands-on work in bookkeeping, VAT accounting, management accounts, and year-end reporting, combined with significant leadership experience in building and scaling operations.

For more than two decades, he has worked specifically in the outsourcing sector, collaborating with accounting firms across multiple jurisdictions. His roles have included Vice President and Head of UK & US Operations at one of India’s leading outsourcing firms, where he successfully led over 800 accounting professionals and managed relationships with more than 100 active client firms. In these positions, he developed deep expertise in designing operational structures that work across geographies, building high-performing teams, and maintaining quality while scaling.

At NumberiX, Parag focuses on the strategic architecture of the firm: how to scale without compromising quality, how to design processes that work reliably across different markets and client needs, and how to build team frameworks that enable consistent delivery. He is proficient in Xero and QuickBooks, and brings both structured thinking and practical commercial judgment to how NumberiX operates.

Himanshi has 20+ years of experience in accounting and finance across India, the UK, and the United States. She holds a Master of Commerce degree and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Her career spans both practice and operational leadership, with deep experience managing accounting teams, advising clients across complex multi-jurisdictional environments, and navigating the intricacies of accounting operations at scale.

She has worked in diverse accounting environments, from early-stage practice roles through to senior management positions overseeing accounting operations, client relationships, and team development. Her background in both B2B and B2C accounting, combined with operational management responsibilities, has given her a comprehensive understanding of what operational excellence and sustainable financial leadership actually look like in the accounting industry. She is Xero Advisor Certified and QuickBooks Online Certified.

At NumberiX, Himanshi shapes the firm’s strategic direction on service quality, client engagement, team leadership, and sustainable growth. Her approach combines technical accounting expertise with strategic thinking about scalability, long-term value, and what it takes to build a firm that works well.
